Specifications
This is one of the most advanced ovens out there:
- pre-cut refractory base bricks;
- a one-piece render-free internal refractory dome, covered with a heat blanket and finished with a non-cracking spun-aluminium cap (available in a choice of colours);
- stainless steel facia and tongue;
- extra-wide opening;
- rated to 1,200 degrees, the oven operates at 800 degrees;
- full temperature within 30 minutes;
- includes door and stainless steel flue
Logistics
If you are planning to install this without the trolley, you will need to construct a suitable base. You have a good deal of flexibility in so far as materials are concerned, but be aware of the minimum footprint and allow for the considerable weight of the oven.
The base will need to be approximately 800mm high and 1200mm square. The top will typically be a concrete or hebel (www.hebel.co.nz) slab, with or without tiles.
Installation is well within the capability of most amateurs, but if you are uncertain, you may wish to call in the professionals (we can assist).
